Been shopping at this butchers for over 2 1/2 years and it’s very the very best. Whilst I would give 5 stars my experience has been far from satisfactory. Two weeks ago we purchased the enchiladas. We had them for tea and couldn’t eat them at all. Far far too salty. Told a young guy and his reply so be it. Today told an older woman her reply oh not that good. I’ll let them know. Not the response I was hoping for. I’ve been in customer service for 26 years and I wouldn’t have handle this differently.

Great selection of quality meats, the steak, lamb cutlets, and veal schnitzels are definitely my favourites. Extremely high quality, you may pay a little more than supermarket butcher meats but it’s definitely worth a little extra. Thanks to Jo for great service.

Happy to support these butchers as they have always provided quality meat. Got them to hold me some Pork ribs over the phone, Justin was more than happy to do this without dramas. Ribs went down a treat for dinner that night using my own Char Siu sauce. Thanks again for the top service and quality meat!

Have paid $36 for lamb shoulder, penultimate time $44. This Sunday paid $122 for 3 enchiladas, cottage pie and lamb shoulder. When queried lamb shoulder for $55 was told some are more expensive without bone. Opened it to cook and was on the bone. No more lamb shoulder for us! This is overcharging. Please do something to about this issue. I am not very happy about this.
