I bought 1 kilo beef mince, came home to cook, opened the bag and OMG THE SMELL it took my breath away! I was going to go back but was unable to, after speaking to my sister turns out a freind of hers had the same issue with lamb fillets! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUTCHER its only a matter of time someone gets really sick! Ps salami thin slices are cut same size as a burger patties lol apparently that's the thinnest they can cut because they don't have an industrial slicer 🤯 never again will i come here.

I seriously don't understand what's going on with the reviews of this place. Have we just been lucky? I avoid their sister butcher in Merrifield which is way closer to me just to buy meat here. I haven't once had off chicken and their casserole pieces are well balanced. Chicken mini diced and beef mince are the other things I regularly buy. Service is fine under the circumstances of a busy shopping centre. I don't go to a butcher to make friends. I go to get good meat. Maybe I've just been lucky?

Service is ok. I bought chicken wings today. When i came home, I opened the bag and almost passed out. It was repulsive. So i took it back, got my refund. Not going there again. Please do yourselves and the community a favour and sell fresh chicken. Up your prices but sell fresh. The stench it comes with is deadly.

Disgusting meat. Would give them a zero if I could . Brought chicken chops on one day, Had in the fridge over night to cook the next night. Opened the bag 24 hrs later and nearly passed out with the smell of off meat. What a waste of money. Rang them up before the close time as I came home from work to cook and they were closed before the closing time. Now they have gained them self a reward going by the bottom of the receipt. Never shopping there again......Lost a customer.
