Great snags, the range of meat leaves something to be desired but you won’t be disappointed

Dropped into the Corryong butcher today while visiting. Needed something to slow roast back at camp. The friendly young butcher suggested a rolled beef roast and he cut it to perfect portion for dinner for 2. The beef was admired by our group of travellers pre and post roasting. Delicious quality piece of roasting beef resluted in a fantastic meal. Thank you!
