Was in town and decided to have a sticky beak. Got some burger patties and pork sausage rolls. The burger patties smelled heavenly while cooking and were beautiful. The pork sausage rolls were exquisite! A small butchery that is staffed with friendly guys and the meat is great quality. Will always, ALWAYS, support local businesses rather than a large chain supermarket. You guys are awesome and will most definitely pop back in when in the area

Hands down THE best pork, chilli and fennel sausages I’ve ever had. Amazing. Haven’t bought anything else yet but surely will.

34 bucks a kilo for plain chicken breast is daylight robbery. I shop at other Brighton butchers and these prices are significantly higher with lesser or equal quality. Only worth going to if no other option.
