Fantastic quality meat and amazing service from the team at Alpine Gourmet Meats. Since moving to town last year I have been loving trying all the different options this fabulous butcher has to offer. Their chicken sausages are my absolute favourite, we also love making wraps with their lamb steaks and are always blown away by the quality. A must visit if you’re in town.

Sorry but sausages were tasteless and rubbery. Appreciate there are some good reviews on here but not sure what we were missing. These really missed the mark. Service was good in saying that.

We have been in bright for a little over a week now, and have been to the butcher almost every day to get something. Whether breakfast or dinner the meat here is fantastic. My highlights would be the porterhouse for dinner, the jalapeño sausages for breakfast, and the beef and vegetable skewers also for dinner. The lovely lady who served me a few days in a row had been kind and greeted me with a friendly smile. Great that places like this are thriving!
