  Always walk past this place on the way to Coles and their window display catches my eye each time. I decided to pickup some sausages last week and they were life changing, the Mexican jalapeño and Unami Papi ones were a big hit with the family! Overall really great friendly service, I was incredibly pleased and will be returning very soon. Well done!

  Today I visited this butcher shop and clearly told the staff member that I wanted to buy two T-bone steaks. As a customer, I trusted the butcher’s professional judgement and did not personally select the cuts. The staff member chose the steaks for me, placed them directly into a bag, and I completed the purchase. However, when I got home and opened the package, I was genuinely disappointed. The two steaks were extremely unbalanced in quality and appearance. One side had almost no tenderloin portion, and the overall cut looked like a very poor end-cut rather than what most customers would reasonably expect when specifically asking for T-bone. Customers rely on the honesty and expertise of a butcher when making purchases. In this situation, I feel that my trust was not respected, as I was given cuts that appear to be of significantly lower quality without any explanation or transparency. Unfortunately, I did not realise the issue until I returned home and I was not given a receipt. I have attached photos to show the actual condition of the meat. I hope the management team will take this matter seriously and contact me to provide a reasonable explanation or resolution. Experiences like this make customers reconsider returning to the shop in the future.

  The Butcher Club in North Blackburn Square gives a great first impression through the personable staff and meticulous presentation of the products. I have been here on three occasions and purchased from three different staff who were all happy in their demeanour and knew the products. Sausages are all made in-house in a variety of flavours. Beef ribs here are also cut in Assado style for something different. I will return to this store without hesitation.

  I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this experience felt worth sharing. I visited this shop in BLACKBURN NORTH and specifically asked whether the meat was halal, and I was told that it was. When I returned the next day, I was told that it was not halal. Based on this, I would advise others, particularly those who require halal food, to be cautious, as they are shifty (as seen in other reviews).

  Very good for lots of different cuts of meat and chicken etc. All fresh. We get stirfrys and cook 1/2 and freeze 1/2 for another meal later. Good display in window. Helpful staff. Try it.
