We were travelling through Ballarat on way from Melbourne to Perth. Did a Google search and we were directed here. Brought a range of meat to stock up for the trip home. Some of the best meat we have had during east coast travels. Well done

New to Ballarat and was keen to find a real Butcher. Google thankfully lead me here. Fantastic porterhouse and delicious Wild Boar sausages. I look forward to trying the recommended black pudding soon.

Absolute Gentlemen. What a wonderful place. Meat is sensational, service is exceptional. I couldn’t ask for better customer service & high quality meat at my local butcher. Always helpful with meat selection. They are always so knowledgeable, kind, cheerful, simply a pleasure to visit.
