Absolutely love this butcher! The quality of the meat is consistently outstanding, there's a fantastic selection to choose from, and the team are always so friendly and helpful. Their sausages are incredible and easily some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend!

The best butcher around I travel from the other side of Ballarat. I tried it last weekend and it was the absolute best. I won’t be going back to any other Ballarat butcher and I will be travelling here every week to get my meat! Thank you so very much for supplying superb quality and friendly service. A smile and a quick chat Goes along way! They also do delivery to Ballarat also which is fantastic if I can’t get there. A little cafe Next Door is lovely also

The Ballan Local Butcher is an absolute gem! They have a fantastic variety of meats and I especially love the different sausage flavours – always something new to try. Prices are a little on the higher side, but it’s a small sacrifice I’m more than willing to make for the quality and freshness they deliver. The team are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. It’s a busy little store for a reason. Quality, service, and great local produce. 5 STARS!

I found out that they were a stockist for Sher wagu..we were not disappointed...melt in the mouth steaks. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and we will be going back from Gisborne, Victoria to get more.

Fantastic eye fillet cooked on the Weber. Mouth watering, tender, juicy, no sauces needed as it was great flavour. And I obviously cooked it perfectly 💁🏼♀️ 😆 After hearing how locally sourced the meat was and with no butcher in Bacchus Marsh I was happy to support the small local business up the road! Will be back 😄
