We were after some Cape Grim steak, of course! Scotch fillet was on offer in the front cabinet, but upon enquiry, porterhouse was also available. Truly, the exemplary service was above and beyond. We had our steak cut to size and thickness, and the butcher lady was extremely friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!

If you’re going to buy steak, you mustn’t go past Perry’s for mouth watering Cape Grim eye fillet. The only real question is how much is enough, so delicious 🤤 The staff were fabulous too 😉

We come from Rocky Cape and called in last week. Extremely satisfied. Very neat and clean and the 2 young butchers that served me were amazing. Only wanted 2 pork chops but ended up buying 1/2 round steak for a stir-fry, 4 porterhouse as was on sale, 1/2 chuck for a slow cooked curry, and lambs fry for breakfast. All that for under $70. That's 7 meals for 2 adults at under $10 a meal. As pensioners we were very happy. The meat was very fresh and tastes beautifully. Thank you, we will be back.

Travelling here from WA and stopped in here twice we enjoyed the meat that much. We had the scotch fillet, lamb chops and pork sausages and all were absolutely delicious! Love supporting local and knowing it comes fresh from the farm. Even got to say hi to Pezza himself which made our day 🙂

OMG we had some Cape Grim eye fillets from this lovely butchers, it was so juicy and tender, Best meat I have ever tasted and believe me Ive had a few steaks in my time. Thank you we will be back next time we come on holidays down to Tassie.
