I am a big meat eater lamb steak pork chicken every night I eat meat and the meat from this butcher is best I've found while travelling around Tassie on my trip if you get close it is worth the trip to this butcher you won't be disappointed all his meat is fantastic believe me I tell no lies

Found this butcher on google when staying in Scottsdale. Very friendly service. Excellent quality TBones, Pork Steaks and house cured bacon all at very good prices. Skip the supermarket and don't miss this place. Highly recommended.

We spent over $200 on 4 pieces of eye fillet 2 kg rump steak 1 lamb leg And 2 kgs shaved ham As butchers ourselves we would never sell eye fillet not trimmed up at all , and the rump was full of gristle and fat , photo is just the crap we removed from the eye fillet
