If i could give 0 stars i would! On holidays, we thought we would get some burgers for dinner, i have been hit with one of the worst cases of food poisoning ive ever had! Thank god i didnt feed anything to my 1.5 year old! Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this place!

Crummed steaks smelled odd and was upon inspecting found green/brown meat... definitely off!! Fed it to my dog and now she has the runs.... Best $20 spent ever! Oh and it's not the first time either. I'd recommend avoiding anything covered in bead crumbs from here.

Always had a pleasant experience with Kingston Town Meats. Friendly staff that know there stuff and happy to talk through what are the best cuts for your purposes. Tasted the best mutton bird from these guys too! Highly recommend and their prices are cheaper for similar cuts of meat in Sandy Bay, North Hobart etc

Avoid buying anything crumbed from this butcher. They hide old meat in the bread crumbs. Have had it happen a few tumea to me now with both chicken and beef. The meat was definitely off. Don't waste your money here. It is sad as they are the only butcher in Kingston and buying meat from Wooliea and Coles isn't an option for me as their meat is questionable as well.

I hadn’t been here before but bought a very large piece of eye fillet for a special family lunch. Not only was the quality of the meat exceptional, but the gentleman who served me (the owner?) took the time to advise me on how best to prep the meat for optimal results, which was so incredibly helpful. Kingston are very lucky to have such a high quality butcher shop in the area.
