Tried them for the first time on a recommendation. The first 3 things we ate were bland, flavourless and disgusting. I rang to voice my concerns, and was given a few little nuggets of "wisdom". The best of which was " meat doesn't come with flavour until you put flavour in it ". I would not recommend this butcher, your money is better spent somewhere else

Good store to buy chickens. I usually buy chickens from there because it’s Halal and relatively cheaper than Woolies and Coles. Beef’s price is little bit higher though. The customer service is moderate, not good enough. Sometimes they show you annoyance, which is quite unexpected. N.b.: Not all chickens are Halal. Make sure asking them before you buy those.

Dog food contains chopped up plastic. Erring on the side of caution I suspect the same level of care applies to all food prep here.

Very unprofessional staff. I asked for mutton but was given lamb and still charged the price for mutton. Feels dishonest—be careful if you shop here.

Bought 2kg goat leg meat. There was about 800g ma unusable bones. This is the 4th time this happened
