Amazing beef and an excellent selection of Wagyu at very fair prices. Even better than the value is the quality, every cut we've tried has been outstanding. If you're looking for premium beef without paying outrageous prices, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended

Bought the rump on special could not eat it threw it in the bin,I have my steak medium and it was still too tough to eat. Also got the scotch fillet on sale and was not much better. Try somewhere else.

It is a truly special butcher. They are really friendly and super helpful. Virtually everything is done in house, locally sourced, and made with love. They even smoke their own bacon! Fantastic sausages and small goods, great steaks! Treats for the dog, and a selection of dairy products like local milk, cheese and butter. Highly recommend any of their products.

Delicious! They don't add sugar to the ham the way coles and woolworths do. The wood flavour is way better here also

One of the best butchers I've ever been lucky enough to find. Locally sourced and grass fed meats (the way it should be). Luckily for me he now stocks in South Hobart which saves the 45 minute drive. Keep doing what your doing fellas!
