One of my favourite BBQ prep stops on the way up the river, the thick marinated steak is a favourite, the rest is great too.

These guys are my new favourite butchers in the hills!!! They made me feel like nothing was a problem. I asked for specific/unique cuts that often butchers roll their eyes at. But these guys couldn’t be more helpful. They were happy to accommodate anything. Even asking for unique items such as chicken feet, marrow, beef heart and preservative free bacon. Anything they didn’t have they were more than happy to get with no issues. Also the prices were very reasonable to! Will be back weekly.

To be honest it's a 10 out of 10 for there ham it is truly delicious and there BBQ sausage are the best I have ever had and very reasonabley priced. Definitely worth trying as you won't be disappointed.

The meat is of top notch quality and ethically sourced, everything is biodegradable, bags are compostable and all products in the shop are local, complete with service with a smile and a friendly conversation. I recommend you don’t go anywhere else for your meat.

Top quality products. Amazing, friendly, and personal service. I don’t even live close to Strathalbyn anymore and I make a point of buying my meat here. Their ham and bacon is the best around. If you live in Strathalbyn this is where you should buy your meat.
