Any person considering purchasing meat products from this butcher shop I urge you to view footage secretly filmed in the owners slaughterhouse by Farm Transparency Project. If you have the courage to view this,any person with an ounce of compassion, empathy and morals will be horrified at the atrocities, total disrespect, and extreme cruelty and practices. An absolute disgrace. If you purchase and support this business you should be totally ashamed of yourself.

Excellent porterhouse. Good texture and flavour, tender as. No photo because I ate it as soon as it hit the plate. Well done, from a fussy meat-eater.

Utmost cleanest butchers I've ever been in. Most stunning tender tastiest meat we have eaten, glad we bought extras to take home. Well done guys , love ya work.

I stopped in from out of town based on local recommendations, and am so happy I did! Amazing prices, feel great about supporting the local business, and the quality of the meat is superb. Highly recommend stopping in for meat over the retail chains.
