Popped in on Wednesday afternoon and noticed the garlic and herb breading on the chicken schnitzels. I asked if they had any beef ones with the same breading, and the staff member was more than happy to go out the back and make four up for me! And wow, they were massive and tasted absolutely amazing! 🤤 I also grabbed some marinated pork ribs while I was there, which I cooked up for dinner tonight, and they were bloody delicious too! I'm not from Clare, but I'm down that way every couple of weeks, and I'll definitely be making this place a regular stop from now on! Really friendly service, great quality meat and just an all round great experience

Fabulous person helped me out after losing all fridge food..when he was closing vac sealed all items for me as we are travelling with a discount and something thrown in as well.

Outstanding butcher! We were here 8 years ago and remembered beautiful lamb chops and Italian sausages. We bought lamb loin chops - standard and dorper, and the fabulous Italian sausages - with lashings of fennel and chilli - and they were super meaty! The lamb chops were delicious!! The dorper lamb chops have slightly different flavour from the saltbush they eat. The sausages were even better than we remembered!! The bacon at our B&B comes from this butcher and it has an amazing porky flavour!!
