A great range of excellent quality meat. Truly worth the trip to get a better quality range of meat at reasonable prices. Every choice I’ve made has been excellent…. Not just good… but excellent quality. A few pics from today’s selection. Some very fine dry aged meat too!

This place changed hands fairly recently and a friend recommended. They are right around the corner from us and we've been looking for a good butcher for years (specifically for steaks). Finally, we have one! Their steaks are next level. The fillet, scotch fillet, ribeye. All grass fed and delicious!

Hi Bill & Jason. Beautiful grass fed fillet. I took the log of fillet to the Crows/Hawks private BBQ. A chef/friend massaged it with quality olive oil and S&P and cooked it as required by the quests - blue, rare & medium. Outstanding - the best ever from all guests.
