I have been a customer for a few yrs now n travel from Seaton. Up until my recent visit I would of given 5 stars. I spent $200 n found nothing I would go back 4. As I work at Conroy's butcher shop the quality was below standards. I found it 2 b not cut properly, very boney n even splinters , fatty n grissle left on. Had rump steak I couldn't eat. Chops I found no better n sausages even gravey n mash didn't improve. Yet 2 try a couple of things I'm not looking 4ward 2. My thoughts r do U have a obvious unqualified butcher since my last visit. I no how 2 cook quality meat without a problem b4 so it not that but the way it was hacked at carelessly n bones etc left on that I paid 4. Very dissatisfied n it there was option of no stars I would grant it. Harsh but true not just by myself

I've ordered online multiple times and have always been impressed. Every order is carefully packed, and the meat and produce are consistently top quality and fresh. The staff are also always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Rang to let them know that their fritz made me very sick and maybe there was a problem with the batch. Was treated very rudely and told they would call me back to discuss but never did. I wont shop here anymore as they are too arrogant to treat complaints seriously.

Still the best quality meat around but porterhouse has been better than this week at $40 per kg due to excessive chunks of fat and fatty useless fat tail. Out of 1.1kg only 0.8kg of edible meat. Sorry guys but you have done better in the past. Staff friendly and all and very clean butcher.

It is butcher, they sell meats. The meats are good. Buy meats, cook meats. Remember 'you don't make friends with salad'
