  The quality of the meat here is absolutely amazing! I tried some of their meat and sausages, and everything was incredibly fresh and flavorful. The meat was tender with no gamey smell at all, and the sausages were juicy and perfectly seasoned—not too salty, which I loved. The owner is also super friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this butcher shop to anyone looking for top-tier quality

  I know very little about Korean barbecues, but I’ve just purchased a small one and wanted to get some meat to try it out on, this place was highly recommended. Good selection of meats but the great service from the butcher himself was what made it worthwhile. I asked for some recommendations for beef and pork and he went through all the different types that he had there and if they were soft or sweet or chewy or whatever I’ve purchased some and look forward to trying them!

  한국인들 최애 정육점으로 저장해두세요 비상사태 존맛 Highly recommend this place! I tried their striploin steak and sausages, and they were both fantastic. You can really tell the meat is fresh and of high quality. The striploin cooked up beautifully—so tender and flavorful. Great service and great selection. I will definitely be a regular customer!

  When I lived in Sydney, I used to buy beef or pork-belly for BBQ or shabu-shabu from Korean Butchers nearby my home. There were a few of them in Eastwood Koreatown, NSW. After I arrived at this little Adelaide city, I tried hard to search for good Chinese or Korean Butchers but none have been found yet except this Choi's Butcher looked quite nice. The meats that they offered were fresher and much nicer than those available for sale in some of the Asian supermarkets or Korean marts in Adelaide. As an initial trial, I bought Beef Slices, Pork Belly Slices, Lamb Slices for hot pot and they were good. I also bought one small pack of Black Angus Oyster Blade which was not the beef meat (I aimed for beef flap meat) that I intended to buy. Anyway they were not too expensive and still offer strong taste of beef. Unlike most of the Korean Butchers in Sydney, they didn't offer many choices of premium Wagyu steak or meats. Anyway, I will definitely come back again next time, merely for what they are offering as probably they are already the best in town.
