Favourite butcher, sausage selection is perfect 👌 Never had a worry with the smoker. I do recommend to many I meet on the subject- service at shop front is kind and fast, even in peak hour.

Travelling north on our boat. Husband love sausages and these guys do them well. Italian 🇮🇹 was the bomb!! Really good shortcut bacon as well!

You can't fault this place. The meat is fantastic, with a wide selection of cuts and some unusual (but tasty) choice like the Brahman's hump, really delicious. The Scotch fillet priced at mid $30 is great value and absolutely worth the trip, and the Italian sausages are probably the best I had in Australia. But the best asset of this shop is certainly the staff (and the owners), shopping there is always a great experience, I really don't understand why people should buy their meat at the supermarket next door when you can have a much better quality for the same price if not less from this fantastic local business.
