Great customer service! A lovely gentleman welcomed me when arriving to the store along with helping me pick out some last minute birthday steaks and pies for my partner. They were absolutely delicious! Will certainly be back 👌🏻

I don't buy from butchers a lot, maybe once every 3 years. I decided to try Billy's as it was located next to the Woolies I shop at. I grabbed a few burger patties and a selection of sausages. The burgers were fine they didn't blow my socks off, I make better patties myself, but the sausages did blow my socks off. You pay a bit more than the offerings from Woolies and Coles, but the flavour and quality is well worth it. They have a big selection of pre-packed offerings in a large fridge as well as sauces and spices. I will definitely be a regular shopper from now on.

Premium butcher with premium butchers and people. So delighted to have you on the southside! We love the meat, snags, ready made, sauces and all sorts of accompaniments, rubs, spices, even drinks. The only thing that would make this better (right to 10 stars) is if a neighbour called "Eat at Billy's" were to arrive just like Rosalie.

Amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great recommendations. We bought lamb loin chops, a rolled pork loin to roast, sirloin steak and a rib fillet that he cut in half so we could make steak burgers. Everything was so good, really tender and tasty. We will totally be back. Looking forward to trying some of the homemade skewers, the huge variety of sausages & other steak cuts. As others have said it is more expensive (we worked out about $30 more than we would have paid in Woollies) but I’d rather eat a smaller piece of something fabulous than something low quality.
