Amazing little butcher, one of the best pieces of rump in my life! So good, out of 4 nights in Winton, we went to the Butchers 3 times! And they even delivered to where we were staying because we were arriving in town after they were closed... What absolute legends!

Had the best pork tonight. Can’t remember the name of the cut but it was the most tender moist pork we have ever eaten. Hopefully they are open before we leave tomorrow so we can buy more.

Best pork chops we’ve ever had - thick enough to roast in the Weber. Stopping off to buy more as we leave town.

Great butcher. Sadly closing down soon unless they can find someone to take over the business.
