I have visited twice and purchased 'Bloody Good Steaks', pork steaks and various other sausages. When they say spicy, they mean spicy. It's not a bad spicy, it just doesn't agree with my ulcers. However, last week I bought the last three remaining Beef Macadamia Satay Sausages. My god they were magnificent. The satay even 'split' as one would see in the best satays from anywhere in the world. They were truly magnificent. Also, the marinated 'Bloody Good Steaks' are well worth the cost, as are the marinated pork steaks. My next visit is on the 27/4 and I pray to god that they have some more of the satay sausages.

Everything about this butcher shop exceeds expectations. The quality of the meat is outstanding, the range is impressive, and the service is second to none. You can tell there’s real pride and passion behind what they do. Once you shop here, you won’t want to go anywhere else. Best butcher in Toowoomba by far, Mick, Trent & the boys are always so knowledgeable and more than willing to help you out! 👍

Just the BEST. Awesome frendly service and advice. The best sausages in Australia, Hands down. Need a quick meal or running a restaurant, thes guys are fantastic. Great job team.

I bought my 2025 Christmas ham from Grays Modern Meat Mart. It was the best ham I have ever tasted. Its curing and flavour is amazing (and continues to be some three weeks later after much high quality feasting!) A definite repeat for Christmas 2026.
