A friend got a beast killed and processed by this butchery. They sent out a list of cut options, and when we filled it in, they apparently threw it away and decided to freestyle. Tomahawk steaks that have 4 different muscles and no spinalis. Clearly not even a real cut. Corned beef, when it was explicitly said that we didn't want any. Brisket cut into thin 1.5kg bits instead of in half for smoking, as requested. The rump is just gone entirely, when we requested whole rump cap and the rest as roasts. Osso bucco BONED OUT. Who the hell would bandsaw a beef shin, then debone it? No cheeks, no tongue, no liver. All of which were requested Well over 50% turned into mince, when the instructions given would have made their job of processing WAY easier. But instead they disregarded and just done what ever they wanted apparently. I'm honestly disgusted. I would never recommend this butcher, or their services to anyone
