Very friendly fella who served us. My daughter was captivated by the balloons they had on display. He said she could have one and as far as she was concerned it was the best day ever!

We order our Chicken Breast Schnitzels for our Chicken Parmi Burgers and Southern Fried Aioli Burgers here at Ol' Mates Burger Bar. It's safe to say our Burgers are Flying out if the shop. Our customers have been giving us amazing reviews that our Chicken is juicy and tender and never dry. The taste is beyond out if this world. Thank you heaps Lennards!

Went to willows store in Townsville with my elderly mother who has special dietary requirements. One of which is she can't eat spicy food due to stomach ulcers. We were going to buy a pack as advertised on rhe wall, however they contained enchiladas which my mother can't eat. She asked if they would replace them with something else explaining her predicament however the staff quite bluntly said they only swapped things out if lenards don't have them in stock. They wouldn't listen to any explanation and only said it policy. So lenards you have lost 2 customers due to this and possible as many more as I can tell. I will make sure to tell everyone as I walk past your store, of the poor customer relations policy lenards practices , whenever I can.
