I just had to leave a review after my experience today. I popped in to grab some meat, and Helen went above and beyond for me. She offered to cut everything exactly how I wanted and even marinated it at no extra cost. She made it clear she’s happy to do whatever customers need with any type of meat, which is such amazing service. Helen was so bright, bubbly, and genuinely kind. We ended up having such a lovely conversation—she even shared helpful information as a registered nurse while we were chatting about my daughter and my partner. She just made me feel really comfortable and cared for, which you don’t often get. The other staff there were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’ve been coming here for a few months now, and every single time I walk in I feel looked after. The quality of the meat is always excellent, and the prices are honestly phenomenal. Highly recommend this place—not just for the quality and value, but for the incredible customer service. Thank you so much, Helen and the team! See you next week😀

Excellent prices, lots of reduced options and great variety. The lads were friendly, helpful and had a good laugh seeing the staff pause for a funny photo. 5/5!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely LOVE Super Butcher!! Jamie and Michael are amazing always so friendly and honestly just so good at what they do. The 5 meals for $55 deal is unreal, and the rump steak is PERFECT every time. You even get free chicken nuggets with it which makes it even better 😂 Also somehow ended up watching Jamie and Michael eat 101 CHICKEN NUGGETS 😭😂 Best entertainment I’ve ever had while buying meat. Amazing food, amazing service and apparently live entertainment too 😂👏🏼 Absolutely awesome. Will definitely keep coming back!!
