Very friendly and helpful staff always willing to do their best to please customers. From boning out to cutting shanks or chops to size. I bought a pork shoulder for a special occasion, the butcher boned it out for me,b and was happy to do so. It was the nicest tasting pork I've had for years. Thank you Allenstown Square Meats for your 5 ⭐service.

Chicken Kiev for dinner tonight, $2.50 more than woolies but you get an entire chicken breast and delicious butter - so yummy and don't let me get started on how good the snags are! Always get excellent service as well.

Second time buying in bulk from here for our family. Friendly and courteous staff who went out of their way to ensure we got what we needed plus a little extra. Everything packed (vacuum sealed), labelled and boxed for us just as asked. Thank you Allenstown Square Meats, would recommend, we'll be back again.

Pretty disappointed. Went in at 5:10 (they advertise closing at 5:30) but everything was already packed up. When we mentioned that we thought they closed at 5:30, they just laughed and said, “We’re out of here at 5:30.” Really rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to close early, change your hours don’t treat customers like an inconvenience.
