We bought some of the award-winning bacon from this butcher as we were passing through on holiday. Oh my goodness - it was amazing! The texture, thick cut, and smoking was exceptional!! How will we ever find another bacon to live up to this? I would highly recommend this. Oh, and the beef jerky was also delicious 😋

We dealt with John to supply all our meat needs for our 10 day's at sea for 8 people. He was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend their service.
