Excellent smoked strassbourg but corned brisket disgusting from a butcher. Who corns brisket anyway? Should have realised but was desperate for good cold meat. Didnt mind carving off 2.5 cms of fat, but the meat was tough as a drovers boot.....and I cooked it extra time,mindful of it being brisket. Disappointing and costly.

Bought some bacon and bacon chops here on our way through a few weeks ago. Do yerself a flavour 😁 - try them, you won't be disappointed. Best smoked bacon and chops we've had. Really wish we could have fitted more in the caravan freezer. Gus and Kerrie Brisbane.

Steak was a bit high in price, but was worth every cent. Absolutely beautiful and so tender. We'll be back for more. Excellent customer service.

Fantastic! Cannot stop raving about their Pork Roll with Crispy Crackling. Both their Tasty Beef and English style Pork sausages are full of flavour and perfect with mash and gravy. My favourite are the rissoles and steakettes with homemade pickled onions and mustard make the best sandwiches. Please stop in and plan a week's meal in advance, there are so many good options! You can plan a week meals, there are too many good things to try!

Caravanning through Mitchell & popped in for some of their bacon - OMG!! Had to get more the next day before we left town. Soooo good.
