I would like to express my appreciation for the service and after-service provided following my feedback. We understand that occasional hiccups can occur, but I commend the manager and team for their prompt and effective resolution of the issue, as well as for offering a quality steak as a goodwill gesture. Thank you for your efforts.

A big shoutout to the team at Super Butcher Mermaid Beach! The team are friendly, welcoming and have been so good to our members, offering great perks, discounts and bundle deals, as well as helping us out with giveaway prizes and other goodies for the club. We already know heaps of our members shop with Super Butcher, so it’s been nice having them support us back and get behind the Jetts community. Our members can grab what they need to fuel their goals and keep their nutrition on track, without making meal prep a massive mission. There are so many easy options that make putting together your meals simple and easy. Plus, being only a few minutes away from the club makes it even better; such an easy walk, bike ride or tram trip! Thanks again to Austen, Hamish and the team for supporting our members and our club. We appreciate you guys and can’t wait to keep working together!

The staff here are absolutely amazing, so friendly and so helpful. We purchased Grassfed steak and lamb to last us a while. We had our steak sliced thin, had it tonight and it was amazing. Great quality. Highly recommend. So happy we came in today, the staff here are incredible. Definitely our go to Butcher now

The meat is always fresh, the steaks are unreal, and the prices make it easy to stock up without feeling ripped off. The staff are legends, super friendly, happy to help, and they actually know what they’re talking about. It’s one of those places you walk into and instantly trust. Clean, organised, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Easily my go‑to butcher in the local area. Five stars, no question.

The meat quality here is insanely good and so well priced. The concept of picking your cut of meat and it being cut on the spot fresh is amazing. The friendliest butcher I’ve ever been in. Wish I could review it higher
