The bbq sausages have gone down in quality of late.Very fatty have noticed a big change.

I've been there few times and they always close the shop 10/15min earlier. When I've asked the staff through the barrier why they are closing earlier, they have nothing to say. May be you should change the opening hours and be nicer with customers

I love your products and find all of your staff friendly and helpful but the language your staff uses irks me. I assume that this comes from your training of staff because I have had it from male and female staff. They call me, a 62 yo woman who is a professional, “Love” I do no want to be called this by a young person as I find it condescending. Madam or ma’am would be better. And today when I came in to buy a tray of products the girl serving me asked me if I knew how to cook them. Twice. I’m not an idiot and would ask if I didn’t know, or Google it. It would have been far better if she had asked me if I needed any advice on cooking them.

Really love the sausages here, and the steak too! Also lots of gluten free options.

26.07.25 - Advertised that they close at 4pm Saturdays however have all fridges empty and blocking the entrance by 3:40pm.
