  Last night cooked chicken mignons and we commented that it smelt like Fish upon cutting open the mignon it was off and the vile smell coming from it was gag material very disappointed and I think it has turned me off Leonard‘s. Yet we had the filo Florentine the night before and it was beautiful!!!!

  Today, I purchased the $55 pack. When I got home I noticed the pinwheels were not included and no one will answer the phone to allow me to advise them of the shortfall. Very disappointing 😞 Thank you Lenards for returning my call and accepting fault for the error in my order. I am looking forward to collecting the pinwheels😊

  Getting very frustrated trying to purchase herb & garlic crumbed chicken thighs. Have tried twice in the last 2 weeks only to be told ‘we’ve sold out’. How can you sell out by 12 noon on a Monday morning? Good customer service for any successful business is to restock, after all chicken products is all that you sell & where your profit is made. Obvious explanation is that Franchise has changed hands, never had this problem in the last 5+ years of being a valued customer of Lenard’s Chicken in Canelands. Will be looking at moving on to purchase all my chicken products across the aisle at the butchers.
