Fab Butcher. Located within My Centre Nerang Shopping Centre on Station Street Nerang . Offering a wide selection of Quality Meats. Received very friendly and helpful service from the lovely young lady. Bought Goat pieces and Lamb Forequarter Chops. Fresh Cuts, which were Really Tasty.

This used to be my favourite butcher but today I went to buy 2 steaks and there were only 2 on the tray that looked a bit tired and dry. I asked for freshly cut ones - they are not cheap so I want to know what I pay for and the female worker gave me the look but asked the boss to cut some fresh ones. While he was cutting she took the tray to the back, put old steaks in the bag and brought them to me. I asked if they were freshly cut, she looked into my eyes and said yes. I was so shocked of her lying in my face that I just paid and walked away. Definitely never coming back. In the modern world when small businesses fight for ever customer such customer service is not acceptable.

We have been shopping at Hinterland Choice Meats for a few years now and have always been super happy with the products that they sell. This past week we ordered a whole Boned Out Rib Eye......WELL! What can I say! Absolutely Fabulous........melted in our mouths. SIX very happy people!

Mostly we but pet mince from here, which I have to say, after trialing a few other butchers, is the best, with the least fat and smells like human mince. Recently we have branched out and discovered their rissoles! OMG they are amazing. Buy them, serve your friends and family in gourmet burgers and take the credit!

We just hosted a Pink Ribbon event at the Nerang RSL and spoke to a few local businesses to get on board and donate a prize, the team at Hinterland Meats did not hesitate to get on board and support, thank you so much xx
