  Always love coming to Bermuda Butchery at Mermaid Waters and have done for over 20 years. I use to live at Mermaid Waters so was nice and handy, Ive moved further away now but still drive to Bermuda Butchery for my meat as its so hard to find good quality fresh meat at a butchers on the Gold Coast and I love the fact I can get an extensive range of meats to choose from too. Staff are always helpful and friendly if you have any queries and service is quick. Some days I love to spend time just looking at all the meats to get some inspiration for dinner over the next few nights. Also too don't forget to go into the cold room, its like a meaty's heaven in there, you will find anything from cold cuts right up to your bulkier meat products, there's so much to look at and choose from. Keep up the good work Bermuda Butchery, your top stuff

  Very disappointing experience. I purchased three eye fillet steaks on Wednesday lunchtime at around $100/kg. They were kept refrigerated and, when I checked them on Friday morning, they smelt poor and had a strong unpleasant smell. I asked two other adults to smell them as well, and we all agreed something did not seem right and we were not comfortable eating them. I returned them to the butcher and spoke with the manager, Logan, who insisted there was absolutely nothing wrong with the steaks and refused to replace them. When I said, “If there’s nothing wrong with them, you eat them,” he threw the steaks in the bin, but still refused to offer a replacement or any resolution. This is the first one-star review I have ever given, and I have never returned meat before. I’m not someone who complains lightly, but I was genuinely upset by how this was handled. I’m not claiming to be a butcher, but as a customer paying around $100/kg for fresh eye fillet, I would expect the meat to last at least two days when properly refrigerated. I would also expect much better customer service when a genuine concern is raised. I won’t be returning.

  Mark Logan And Vince make shopping for meat and related products a pleasure. This is the best Butcher on the Gold Coast bar none. They have a range of meats all the way from budget to as much money as you want to spend and everything in between. They are friendly they are welcoming and it’s a pleasure to shop here. it’s what your Neighbourhood Butcher used to be many many years ago.

  Outstanding butcher, I was served by Mark today. Always very polite and helpful. Love their meats, especially the Bangalow Pork! I am a regular customer and the quality here cannot be beaten.

  We won’t get any meat from anywhere else. The quality is always guaranteed to be exceptional. And the Service always makes for a pleasant experience. Whenever we go in, we are made to feel like we have come into the presence of Friends. My family is always welcomed by name. Abby in particular is always a joy to come into contact with. Her smile always makes you feel so welcome. We cannot say enough about the team at Bermuda butchery.
