Hi, yesterday, Sunday, I’ve bought a few different pieces of meats including different types of sausages chicken; chicken and garlic and beef. I’ve cooked the chicken and garlic which I’d packed for lunch today and I was disappointed with the high amount of salt.i couldn’t continue eating the sausages. I am not on a low salt diet nor do I eat without salt, so saying the salt content is high is not coming from a person who eats low salt as part of their regular diet. I have written to them and will wait to hear back. In the meantime I will cook the remainder of the other sausages to see how they taste.

if you after for quality meat, definitely you need to come here, cause the meat you buy here is way better than those in Coles and Woolworth. we bought some quality wagyu here and enjoy it very much!!

Unfortunately my good run with the butcher ended here yesterday. Purchased chicken marylands and when I turned them over to put oil, salt and herbs on them before cooking them the unholy smell that was unleashed was the worst chicken I’ve ever smelt in my life. Fishy and clearly well past it. Never again 🤢

Very disappointing experience at this butcher recently and won't return. Young butcher seemed quite disinterested in providing any service, dropped my meat on the floor and then asked me 'if I was intending to pay for the nuts' which I had picked up as I walked in to the venue. The inference was that I was planning to steal them.....Such a shame as in the past I have found the quality of the meat to be excellent, on the expensive side, but the attitude of this employee and lack of interpersonal skills will ensure that I do not return. Perhaps some staff training of how to engage with the public would help.
