I go to the darwin show every year just to buy jims biltong... love it. PS I now know I can buy it online also 🤣🤣

Much better than that Jack Links puss that you can buy almost anywhere.. It’s definitely not the best jerky or Biltong sauce be found.. it’s incredibly dry… like I’ve had legitimate South African made biltong and it’s like an oasis of moisture compared to this near Sahara experience… I will say the flavour is spot on and that’s why it’s 3 stars.. the flavour is literally the only thing going for it… I love Jerky and Biltong and I’ve tried many suppliers, this has above average flavour but below the average experience in terms of enjoyment… it’s dry, and I’m not using that word lightly, it is very, very dry… I’d imagine there wouldn’t be much to do to improve the overall experience… as much as it may seem that I’m bagging this product, I’m really not… presentation and flavour is a solid 4.5-4.7.. but the actual texture whilst enjoying is a solid 3 tops simply due to the shear lack of ANY moisture at all.

Absolutely amazing service from Jasmine and staff . The variety of Jerky is insane, I wanted everything . They also have different styles of sauces and port . Go and see them you will not be disappointed

TLDR: Not just jerky! Our go-to reststop when driving west. Frankly, I would visit more often if I lived closer as it is the best brand jerky I have had. Plenty of parking for all sorts of veichles and access to store is wheelchair accessible. A wide range of flavours which you cannot get in the supermarket. The store also sells a range of regional and local products - with regular purchases being the Darling Downs cookies and the Crows Nest lemon squash. Staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

I travel 2 ¹/² hours to go here. I have found that the flavour and taste is consistent everytime. I always get the large bags like I did yesterday. Everyone is always telling there is better closer but for me I'm happy to make the ride on my bike up there to spend my money. Everyone loves a good Jerky.........
