These guys are the real deal. Old-fashioned customer service with a great selection of quality meats. Always quick to offer a suggestion on how to cook something a different way. I travel almost an hour each way to visit these guys.

I have been to this butcher a few times and they have always have exactly what I want. Last time I went into the store I bought half an onyx brisket. The boys behind the counter had a great chat with me and advised me on how they woud cook it! As being someone who has worked in the meat industry it was good talking to people who genuinely knew what they were talking about and who cared about the quality of product they were selling. They always have great specials and new items coming into store. Excited for their new mega store to be open! Keep up the great work team!

The meat here is always fresh and there is an incredible range to suit whatever you are looking for. Peter, Sam and staff are always super friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for or assist you by telling you the best way to cook things. I also love the relationship that they develop with all of their customers. A brilliant family business that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone! Keep up the good work!

A great quality butcher with decent specials, we always go for the pork ribs and lean mince. Always friendly and the kids are always greeted as they go past and offered a taste test of the latest sausage available. Would recommend it to anyone passing through Cleveland Central.

Been coming here since moving to Manly from over the west. Really good butcher, we love their crumbed schnitzels (vienna style!), great sausages both fresh and smoked, good mince and steaks. Always been good service and good prices.
