  Great products and service. Late night shopping and the tall gentleman working tonight went out back and made 1 extra rissole so I could get the 12 for $12 deal, and it's not the first time they've gone out of their way to do that for me. Would recommend 👍

  Sadly, I never thought I’d have to write this review, because I’ve always loved this butcher for their premium cuts and the lovely family atmosphere. But a few days ago, I had a disappointing experience. I usually get one of their value packs this time, it was a dinner-for-two pack for $50. I swapped my usual rib fillet for a thick porterhouse, which, as shown in my photo, was the same price. I was told there might be a small price difference, so I was happy to pay a bit extra maybe $5 to $10. Instead, my $50 pack suddenly became $67. I paid it, but I left really disappointed. I’ve been so loyal to this place, and it’s heartbreaking to say that after this, I won’t be returning. I didn’t expect this kind of overcharging from such a trusted business. If you look at the photo, you’ll see the prices are the same. I get that businesses need to make money, but $17 extra just felt so out of line. I wish they’d been upfront, because now, unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
