Two for two! Just grabbed a slab of Angus Rib Fillet and kept getting happier and happier as I was slicing up my steaks for tomorrow. Honestly, steak lovers, look no further, this place is nailing it. Marbling is fantastic, the texture is so much nicer than what I've been getting anywhere else near Brissy, and its insanely fresh. Easily well worth the price per kilo. Leaving the Sirloin/Striploin review below because Google won't let me add a fresh one and I like the photos. Old review: from January thereabouts Just grabbed a 5kg whole sirloin to keep the lads happy and started slicing steaks for dry brining and was immediately salivating at the quality. Oh...my...god. I've been looking for a solid butcher nearby and I reckon I found my go-to. Great price...and by great, I mean way better than Woolies or Coles by the kg, which is rare for meat this good. Gotta keep butchers like this in business meat-lovers, rally around the flag and buy meat at places like this rather than the supermarkets.

Family owned and operated. Great cuts, locally sourced. Priced as per the quality, so be prepared to pay extra, but I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the taste, freshness and enjoyment! I'm a regular customer and love the rib eye! 😋 ❤️ 🥩

Best quality beef and love the diverse range of product. So happy to be able to get the butchers box delivered in Sydney! Packaging is fab.

Excellent 5 stars!! Wagyu Sirloin steak was delivered today and it looks amazing. Delivery was prompt, packaging was top notch and to top it off I won the 1.1kg Tomahawk giveaway! I highly recommend Peter Augustus Craft Butchers to anyone looking to get top quality meat at very competitive prices. Well done guys 👍

I recently ordered one of the packs from Peter Augustus and was really impressed. The quality of the meat was so fresh and everything was beautifully packed. I love that I can jump on their website, choose what I need, and have it delivered straight to my door without any hassle. It’s such a convenient option, especially when life gets busy, and it saves me a trip to the butcher. Highly recommend 👍
