Huge thanks to Chad and the boys, as promised your Rib Fillet was absolutely beautiful. I purchased 36 slices of Rib Fillet together with beef and pork sausages for a special gathering and everyone at the bbq were raving about how tender and tasty the rib was. Many thanks and I know the bunch at my place will now be using you guys for their meat

Consistently excellent quality and friendly service. The range is great and the products are always fresh. Their pricing is very competitive given the standard of their product. Highly recommend supporting this local butcher!

One of the best butchers in Brisbane. Chad has gathered a great team of Butchers. Every venture to get meat there is an absolute pleasure. The meat is amazing, the store is super clean and they love their community, what more do you need from a local butcher.

We have been each week now - and the Meat is perfect From Beef Wellingtons to Flavoured Sausages to Chicken Nibbles and Kiev's - the Meat is just perfect - and the Staff always make you feel welcome - So thank you . Dave - Theresa - Chantel and Skye the Cat

We love their sausages. Great flavours and most or all of them are gluten free. If you want specific flavours, it's better to ring ahead as they're not always available.
