Thank you for making fab Gluten Free chunky beef pies, very grateful!!!! A favourite easy dinner, I cook the pies in the oven, cook up some veggies on the side - yummy!!

My husband orders meat from this place and thinks they’re fine. First time I asked for dog bones I received rude remarks about my dog. I ordered bones for my dog before this long weekend - and changed the order from Tuesday to Wednesday to suit them. Went to pick up my order, and they had ‘forgotten’ about it, even though it had been written in ‘the book’. This same man, when I asked for the bones made then made hurtful remarks about my dog. Not happy.

Today I had a pretty upsetting experience at this shop. I walked in and asked for 4kg of chuck, diced and cryovac. I literally got yelled at in front of others as to why I didn’t order this up front as it’s so busy due to Easter!!! The butcher was pretty upset and then argued with me as to why I wanted it in a cryovac bag. He said: why are you using it in a few weeks time? I said I’ll be cooking it on Saturday night and would love it to be fresh. He asked me to go and do some shopping and come back which I said no troubles I can do that. I was actually quite shocked as I thought maybe he was joking but when I came back to get the meat he still continued about it. I said sorry I just can’t be that organised at times. I have shopped at this store for years and I think today was my last time ever. I loved going to this shop and supporting them as I go because most butcher shops give you quality and service but sadly the service has really let me down. All the best guys please don’t do this to another customer!

I've bought their amazing sausages a few times and were definitely worth a visit. P.s My Marshall is very handsome.
