  I visited on July 14. I've always loved buying meat here because the quality is consistently excellent. Whenever someone asks me where to buy good meat, this is usually the place I recommend. Unfortunately, my experience this time was very disappointing because of the customer service from a woman who appeared to be in her 30s. She didn't greet me, didn't smile, and didn't even say "thank you" after I made my purchase. On other visits, I've usually been served by the younger male staff, who are always friendly, welcoming, and smiling. Because I've had such positive experiences with them, this visit was especially disappointing.

  Im a middle aged man who likes to smoke meats, surprising i know. Ive been a customer here for 8 years. Their quality is A1, the price is good and they will cut any wierd joint I want to order. Will you find top rated wagyu here? No, that's not what they do. I'd put them up against any other suburban butcher tho.

  Got 2 X 1.6 kg T-bones cut 50mm thick The guys were more than happy to sort it for me. Wasn't a hassle. Was one of the best steaks I have had. Thanks guys, see you again

  Went to buy a BBQ pack which is advertised as coming with 6 rib eye steaks i stood at the counter and watched as one of the workers took 3 rib eyes out of the display cabinet then proceeded to cut them in half so there was now 6 half peices and placed them with my order. When questioned, I was told they always do it that way as it a more expensive meat and that they have done it like that for years.

  Be very specific about what you order here, assume nothing. I ordered pork belly for Christmas and I received a belly with the bones in. While I’m aware of pig anatomy I’ve never bought a pork belly with bones in nor ever seen a recipe for one. I rang them to see if I had the right order and was told I should have asked for no bones, I had no idea you had to ask for this, but they would take them out if I returned the cut. Time does not permit returning it and obtaining what is taken for granted elsewhere. I’m now left with 1/3 less edible weight than I ordered, so I’ll get a chook, and can’t apply the meat marinade because of the bones. $61 worth of meaty bones for Xmas … bah humbug to you and your poor attitudes, you’re just having a laugh and making money at Xmas.
