  Best bbq skewers we've ever had. And the scotch fillet steaks also superb. Nice and thick cut. Shame don't live local, but best find in the area.

  Coming here regularly, I get to meat the nicest butchers I’ve ever met. They’re a cold cut above the rest! When explaining their products, they never chicken out. They’re always happy to explain and there’s never any beef. They also never make me feel like a turkey, and I never need to duck out to go anywhere else. They have everything, they’re fully fleshed out. I come here to seafood of the best quality, and I never have to liver let die. These guys are a rare find, and in this medium, they are always well done. Veal be back time and time again.

  Very impressed with the quality of the meat and the professionalism of the team. Everything is fresh, tasty, and prepared to a high standard. Highly recommend this butcher to family and friends.

  I live in Sydney but visited this butcher while on holidays last year. Loved their sausages (esp the lamb and caramelised onions). A year later we ordered 11 kgs of their sausages for our son’s birthday party and they were a hit! Great quality and service - Would highly recommend.

  I reside at Coledale and regularly buy my meat from Hawthornes Meats Woonona and I have been extremely satisfied with the high quality of the meat products the shop provides the local customers, I especially enjoy the lamb cuts they sell. If anyone out there is seeking friendly service, high quality meat products and very reasonable prices I can thoroughly recommend Hawthornes Meats Woonona.
