We do Texas BBQ and this is the only place that does the US cuts we need. Friendly and reliable service with great quality meat. You do need to understand that this is not a butcher's shop, you can't walk in and look at a display window. For unusual requests or commercial quantities, this is the place.

Tried to buy meat from them - actual conversation that ensued: Me: "Hey what time are you open till?" JS: "Oh we're just about to walk out the door, what time were you thinking?" (it's 2pm) Me: "I don't get off work till 5" JS: "Well YOU don't know US at all do you!" Me: "Ditto" JS: "We don't DO retail, we only do phone and online" Me: "Well sorry for bothering you" JS: *hangs up on me* If you're after a huge side of attitude and get lost with your food, contact them. Otherwise, avoid.

For game meats, Jack Spratt is the placeto go. Sadly, public opening hours are less than convenient.
