Best butcher in Australia if I can give the Hajje and his sons a 10 star I would. They are the friendliest people you can meet. The quality of meat is second to none good old school traditional meat, service and the OG in the butchery business. Keep up the good work Team Marjan.

I had a problem with my order today and the boys at Marjan sorted out any issues that i had very quickly. i cant recommend them enough and will continue to order from them. 10/10 for me

Took some marinated chops and some gourmet kefta. Was the best quality meat I’ve ever had. Full of flavour and very fresh. Highly recommend this butcher.

I visited Marjan Butchery for the first time recently and was very disappointed. I bought backstraps for a barbecue, but the quality was far below what I get from my regular local butcher. When raw, the meat was swimming in red liquid (excessive purge), yet once it was on the BBQ, it turned out incredibly dry and tough. This usually happens when the meat isn't fresh or has been handled poorly. I also noticed the kafta and mince in the display didn't look fresh at all—the color was quite off-putting. Beyond the meat, the shop felt unhygienic and chaotic. There were so many people behind the counter that it wasn't clear who actually worked there, which is concerning for food safety. It was my first time here, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I’ll be sticking to my local butcher from now on.
