Went to order some lunch and some meat, but was greeted by a little fella under the Christmas decos instead of the staff. Makes me sick cos I used to get biltong from here and they’ve got it out in the open like that, with this crawling all over their shop Good luck.

I’ve been to a lot of butcher shops, but this one really stands out. The meat is always fresh, well-trimmed, and clearly sourced with care. The staff know their cuts inside out and are happy to give cooking tips or custom cuts. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and the shop is spotless every time I visit. You can tell they take pride in their work. Highly recommend for anyone who values great flavor and great service…

Rude staff with zero respect or basic manners! No greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment, nothing! They mess up your order and act like it’s your problem. For the price we pay for these steaks, the service is a complete joke. Absolutely not nice,never again!

Hygiene is non-existent. On top of that, they were unable to cut me a 200-gram piece of steak, offering me four times in a row pieces of 400 grams instead. Maybe in India butcher shops don’t sell meat by the cut, and I respect that, but in Australia this is normally a standard service. I got sick after eating the small amount of meat I could salvage from the piece I was given… regrettable.
