Purchased a whole scotch fillet from this butcher cooked it to medium rear using a thermometer, so full of since, tough, absolutely rubbish cut of meat! Haven't Purchased meat from this butcher for 2 years after purchasing a Tommy hawke steak that was rotten, won't ever shop here again so many better quality butchers in our area, be warned so your not bitterly disappointed

I strongly urge all locals to support Bush's Meats at Gladesville. The quality and variety of their offering is outstanding. Their prices are fair and although a little higher than neighbouring Coles, there is absolutely NO question where the better quality can be found. Friendly, helpful service is always on offer and if you want to support local - you can go no further than Bush's Meats in the Gladesville Centre. Old fashioned service is thin on the ground these days, but it lives on at Bush's. After 3 years as a local, I think Bush's is a consistently high end business.

Very high prices and very poor meat. I spent over 100 dollars and better off spending it at Coles. The mince smelt horrible. Crumbed cutlets gave me food poisoning. The rump steak had a very bad smell to it as well.
