First we bought their frozen goat, a steal at $20kg and no bones! It was delicious!! Tender and so much flavor! We went back for more and bought a whole waygu eye fillet for just over $50 a kilo. We cooked our first piece tonight and OMG it was some of the best steak we have ever eaten. So tender and great flavor. Heading back on Monday to buy another whole fillet. Delicious! Thanks guys!!!

This their beef cheeks; to a fabulous beef curry . Their lamb to a roast or same: always a crowd pleaser :they always have a cut you can work with or enjoy as a surprise … their secret Skirt steak …. Omg

Every fortnight I am graced by a lovly lady that shares a good yarn and incredible knowledge on her own products and the best way to prepare them. We have been going to take it easy for almost a year now and its made a HUGE impact on our supermarket savings and not to mention the quality.. you can tell these guys know what they are doing. I havnt had a bad steak yet.. or a bad experience with customer service. Thank you for giving this town the butcher they deserve. Very much worth the 5 min drive out of town!
