  Firstly the thin sausages are incredible, as is the ham off the bone, bought a frozen gluten free pie for my husband, I tried it, it was better than any normal pie I have had in years, amazing pastry flaky and crisp and the filling was incredible

  We cannot recommend Rathmines Butchery enough! Stuart and his team went above and beyond to make our wedding food absolutely perfect. From the spit with all the potato bake, salads, condiments, and rolls, to the grazing board that they happily topped up, everything was incredible. Our guests were raving about the food, and everyone went home with full, happy bellies! ☺️ They even provided little bridal boxes while we were taking photos, plus all the cutlery, plates, and serviettes, making everything so easy and stress-free. Stuart’s energy, attention to detail, and care truly made a difference on our day. Everything was 10/10. Thank you so much for making our day so delicious and seamless!!

  Best butcher I've ever visited. Always friendly and informative service. The neat is cut well in just the right portions I would expect. The pre-mixer hamburger meat options, of which there are normally 4 varieties, are extremely tasty. My favourite is the one with jalapenos, but my boys love the BBQ sauce ones that have a little bit of gratws cheese. Their bacon is hickory smoked and cut to order, it is the best tasting bacon I've ever had. Just everything about the store is 5 stars.

  The best quality meat. Best service. Happy to trim meat if you need it. Happy to dice or slice meat whichever way you need. They are doing cooked shop made great quality pies. They do online ordering and delivery or pick up. They have the best smoked Xmas hams, you need to order these in August/ September. We had them cater our parties too. The best staff and meat for miles.

  Rathmines butchers have the best meat in the area. They have large variety of meats including sausages, rissoles, cuts and mince. Their sausages are beautiful, would highly recommend the pork, ginger and shallot ones. They also smoke their own ham, which is perfect for Christmas lunch/dinner. The staff are very friendly and are happy to help. Very popular and well worth the money for the quality of the product.
