Highly recommend. They're efficient and super friendly. We've ordered a few times and only had one problem with the meat (which happens, especially on a hot day). We emailed and they replaced the meat for us with no problems.

Have to say friendly helpful service. Asked to get fresh eye fillet and butcher had no hesitation to cut from a new fillet. The steaks were absolutely perfection. Defiently recommend and cant wait to go back. Service is amazing and selection is next level. My mouth is already watering for my next purchase. Thanks again.

I have been ordering my meat online from Springhill Beef Co, the meat is beautiful but I thought I would try Craig Cook at North Rocks. 2 staff working behind the counter doing their thing, I had a look at what I wanted and waited and waited and waited to be served, only person in the shop. The lady behind the counter looked in the opposite direction to me, no one made eye contact or asked if I wanted any thing. I was totally ignored, I should not have to ask to be served. Especially when there was no one else waiting to be served. Just placed my order with Springhill Beef, over $200 order. Will never go back to this butcher again.

Have bought meat several times from this butcher but they seem to have gone downhill lately. I purchased 3 veal snitzels and the guy wrapped them tightly into a little ball, when I took them out of the fridge to cook, they smelt so off. Then recently I bought a beef eye fillet for $70, the cut version was juicy and red but when I cut mine to marinate it, the beef inside was grey and didn't smell too good. Such a shame to waste that much on an interior piece of meat, won't be back!

Hopefully they close down soon and we get a good quality butcher. North Rocks has put up with this trash meat for too long. It was good meat when they first opened, now coles is better quality
